My favourite sound journeys. Mindspa.

A personal case study with MindSpa.com – about how customer support and customer loyalty go hand in hand!

I firmly believe in meditation and that if we let our mind "run empty" from time to time, we become more balanced and relaxed, but we also will have much more productivity. So, I am a meditator, and one of my favorite sound meditation apps is MindSpa.com.

However, a while back, I experienced an issue with the app, and for weeks, I was unable to understand what was wrong, which prevented me from using it.

Finally, I tried to delete and download the app again, but could no longer find it in the app store. It was a sad day for me. Like really – I am their sound journeys junky, and those 20-minute escapes were the top 3 of my daily routines.

So, I wrote to the team and got an instant reply.

We talked, I gathered the information, and they kept me informed – meanwhile, they suggested using Sound Journeys from their webpage. I logged in, even late at night, from my phone and did my meditation. It was like that for months, and they also offered great solutions for me as a customer, keeping me updated about the fixes.

Together, we got through the rough times – the app is back in the App Store, and I am more of a superfan than ever.

This is the story for all the businesses that think customer support is nice but not crucial.

MindSpa.com is a living, breathing showcase of how great supportive customer care is done to keep its loyal customers during challenging times. Customer support is not just about fixing the glitch – it's about the human interaction, the care, and the effort to maintain a connection, especially when things go wrong.

Their customer care also speaks volumes about their mission as a business – they practice what they preach.

Today, with the app back on track, my daily meditations with Synctuition continue to be a source of peace, and the experience has left me with a deeper appreciation for brands that genuinely care for their customers. It's indeed a two-way street.

So thank you.

Forever Yours,
Kati
