Building resilience and driving AI innovation—one team, one system at a time.

I help people and teams stay focused, creative, and calm in a world that demands constant output, instant decisions, and endless adaptability.

I've worked as a mentor in innovation accelerators across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa — including the European Innovation Academy, Kiuas Accelerator, and STEM Egypt.

Everywhere I go, I teach leaders and founders how to think more clearly, make faster, smarter decisions, and keep their teams performing without burning out. Before founding The Mind Economy, I spent over 16 years as an entrepreneur and project manager in marketing, communications, and customer psychology, with a background in the Hospitality industry.

I've led campaigns, rebranded businesses, and built growth strategies that increased loyalty, clarity, and measurable results. That's where I learned how pressure feels—and how systems, not slogans, create genuine resilience.

I've also written three books. Everything I teach is tested in reality — built from experience, backed by science, and designed to help people work smarter, think clearer, and live better.

Strategic Innovation Partner for Boutique Hospitality Operators

I've spent more than two decades in hospitality — it's where I started, where I burned out, and where I built my best work.

From five-star kitchens to boutique hotels, from guest experience design to brand strategy, I've seen every layer of how this industry works — and where it breaks.

Today, I assist boutique hotels, hospitality brands, and public-sector innovators in optimizing their operations by utilizing AI, self-management, and customer psychology to create exceptional customer experiences.

My work is about creating the kind of hospitality that feels deeply human — supported by intelligent systems that make it sustainable.

Everything I teach and design now — from team resets to AI innovation labs — comes from those real experiences: managing pressure, rebuilding systems, and helping people perform without burning out.

SOMETHING PERSONAL, SOMETHING BLUE?

I've always been drawn to beautiful light, timeless interiors, and the art of creating atmosphere. Hosting has been part of my nature — from long dinner tables to lively family gatherings — even while raising my children and building my career.

As a mother, I understand the importance of balancing ambition and care. That's why I design systems that support both performance and wellbeing — for leaders, teams, and working parents alike.

My love for hospitality is deeply personal. I find beauty in heritage places, antiques, and the quiet details that make people feel at home. Fourteen years ago, when I opened Kau Manor — later named World's Best Boutique Hotel 2016 — I faced burnout that transformed my perspective on success.

Today, that experience fuels my work as a burnout-prevention advocate and hospitality innovator, helping others build lives and businesses that are both sustainable and soulful.
