YOUR HOST IS KATI TORIM

Ten years ago, Kati faced a major burnout that led to her being declared “insane.” This pivotal moment set her on a decade-long journey into neuroscience, somatics, and ancient traditions, turning her breakdown into mastery.

For the past fifteen years, she has navigated the entrepreneurial landscape while raising two teenagers, building companies, and mentoring startups across Europe. She has guided founders in programs like the Kiuas and European Innovation Academy, and currently co-directs AI Salon Porto, part of the global Silicon Valley movement.

Kati combines the wisdom of her Seto heritage with modern tools, focusing on nervous system regulation and self-image transformation. At THE MIND ECONOMY, she participates as a fellow traveler, sharing insights and tools to help us stay sane, strong, and human in a fast-paced world.
