The Transformational Twelve™ is a 12-step system I created combining nervous system reset, self-image rewiring, and AI-integrated systems. It’s central to all my coaching, retreats, and programmes.
How does Kati Torim’s coaching differ from standard burnout prevention?
My coaching doesn’t just treat burnout—it transforms identity, stabilizes your nervous system, and builds sustainable systems (including AI tools). I draw on years of experience, personal recovery, and training across neuroscience, psychology, somatics, and AI.

Can your programs support busy parents or professionals with multiple roles and responsibilities?

Is coaching with you only for burnout issues?
No. While burnout is often the doorway, my coaching addresses more profound transformation: identity, long-term resilience, AI-enabled clarity, and lifestyle redesign.
Do you offer your services globally/online?
Yes. I work with clients globally via secure online sessions and deliver retreats in Portugal for international participants.
What’s expected from clients? How long until the change?
Clients typically engage for 3 to 6 months. You’ll practice internal reset + external systems. Many people notice an increase in energy, clarity, or a shift within 4 to 8 weeks. Lasting transformation unfolds across the Twelve steps.
